Griffin Claw Brewing Company Hosts Groundbreaking Event Next Week To Celebrate The Expansion Of The Facility

Griffin Claw Brewing Company, Birmingham’s popular taproom, biergarten, brewing, and distilling facility, will officially break ground on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 to celebrate the beginning of construction to expand the brewery.
Construction will take place over the next five months. Plans include creating an additional exit and entrance from the parking lot, building a new barrel aging room, expanding the current retail space and biergarten, and building a canopy over the loading area in the back.

The ground-breaking ceremony will be hosted from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday, May 12, 2015. Guests will enjoy complimentary hors d'oeuvres and beverage favorites prepared by Griffin Claw Brewing Company and have the opportunity to meet the owners and developers of the brewery.

Griffin Claw Brewing Company’s Taproom is open Tuesday through Thursday from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., Fridays from noon to 12 a.m., Saturdays from noon to 12 a.m., Sundays noon to 10 p.m. and closed on Mondays.
