Friday, Nov. 21st - 7 PMCrafts & Courses, a 5-course upscale pairing event will once again be hosted by Amy Sherman! Amy is a Culinary Expert for Spartan-Nash and WOTV, host of 'Great American Brew Trail' and owner of West Michigan Co-op and Farmlink. We're thrilled she'll be here for the evening.

First Course - Curried Chicken Satay w/ Cashew Sauce
Paired with: Vienna Lager

Second Course - Acorn Squash Bisque w/ Tossed Seeds
Paired with: Pumpkin Chai

Third Course - Open faced Caprese Sliders w/ Fresh Mozzarella, Tomatoes, Basil & Hopped Olive Oil
Paired with: Starburst Wheat

Fourth Course - Braised Pork Shoulder w/ Corn & Sweet Potato Souffle
Paired with: Bonfire Brown

Final Course - Neapolitan Tiramisu Sponge Cake dipped in Neapolitan Milk Stout, layered w/ Mascarpone, Grated Chocolate & Strawberries
