2014 Suds And Snow at Timber Ridge Resort 

Timber Ridge RV & Rec Resort Hosts Micro-Brew Tasting Event & Fat Tire Race
March 8, 2014 TimberRidge Resort in Traverse City, MI will be hosting their 8th Annual Suds & Snow Event, which is Traverse City's original Michigan Micro-Brew Event. ...And to add to the originality of the event, Timber Ridge is hosting a Fat Tire Bike Race, referred to as Fat Camp!, which will be great for racers and spectators to cheer, imbibe and enjoy one of the most beautiful venues in Michigan. It's a wonderful platform for racing and spending a weekend in pristine Michigan forests.
There will be live music; plus WKLT will be live on location belting out the tunes; food from local restaurants will be available. Other activities include, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, a fat tire bike race, which you must pre-register at https://events.bytepro.net/fatcamp2014, WKLT Prize wheel, and our first annual Suds & Snow Olympics, and wacky wear contest. So get your team of 6(participation is not required), and sign up when you arrive.

For your safety, free shuttles will be provided by Celtic Tours of Traverse City.

Admission includes a commemorative pint glasses for the first 500 event ticket purchasers, 2 drink tickets for 8 ounce pours, trail pass, live music and optional entry in to Olympic activities. Those needing to rent snowshoes or cross country skis can do so by contacting Timber Ridge (231-947-2770). It is recommended to reserve in advance. Fat bike rentals must be through Einstein Cycles (231-421-8148).
