On tap every May is a fantastic beer sampling event that takes place in Frankenmuth, MI. Over 60 breweries, cider makers, meaderies and beer vendors (distributors) were represented at the World Expo of Beer offering over 300 options, including many of our favorite Michigan beverages.  frankenmuth christmas ale

Peace on Earth and good beer for all. That’s the holiday motto of the brew team at Frankenmuth Brewery who’ve at least delivered on the “good beer” side over the years. With Christmas cheer centered right in Frankenmuth every holiday season, you could have bet that their anticipated limited seasonal, Christmas Town Ale, would be back again this year.

How to make a Chicken or Seafood Marinade with Frankenmuth's Batch 69 IPA

This is a quick, easy, and delicious beer marinade you can use for chicken and seafood (we used chicken breast tenders and raw shrimp) on the grill. I made mine with Frankenmuth Brewery's Batch 69 IPA. You can use any beer for this recipe, but I found that the IPA really stuck to the delicate meat and added a lot of flavor.
