Coming soon to the Bell’s General Store: GROWLERS

Growlers will debut soon at the Bell’s General Store in downtown Kalamazoo. A mix of year-round, specialty and seasonal selections will be available to go in two-liter bottles that will feature the Bell’s logo and a swing top lid.
Bell’s commitment to quality begins with the right ingredients and continues all the way to the consumer. That dedication is something we have always been proud of. Growlers have not been offered in the past because we wanted to make sure everything tasted as it should.

With help from a new state-of-the-art growler filling station that is currently under construction, that commitment to quality can be maintained and Bell’s fans will soon have an additional packaging option – something they have been requesting for some time.

“It’s convenient for those who live nearby and it works really well for our fans who visit from other areas and want to take something unique home,” said Laura Bell, Bell’s Vice President.

The Bell’s General Store is located at 355 E. Kalamazoo Ave. in downtown Kalamazoo, adjacent to the Eccentric Café. It is open seven days a week (10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays – Saturdays and noon to 7 p.m. on Sundays).

About Bell's Brewery, Inc.:

Bell's Brewery, Inc. began in 1985 with a quest for better beer and a 15 gallon soup kettle. Since then, we've grown into a regional craft brewery that employs more than 200 people over an 19 state area, in addition to Puerto Rico and Washington DC. The dedication to brewing flavorful, unfiltered, quality craft beers that started in 1985 is still with us today. We currently brew over 20 beers for distribution as well as many other small batch beers that are served at our pub in Kalamazoo, the Eccentric Cafe. Our ongoing goal is to brew thoughtfully, creatively and artistically. We strive to bring an authentic and pleasant experience to all of our customers through our unique ales and beers.
