WhichCraft Taproom, located in downtown Midland, will be hosting a Tap Takeover Fundraiser for the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center on Wednesday, November 11, featuring Perrin Brewing Company.
The event, which lasts from 5pm until midnight, will feature 16 varieties of Perrin beer, including Hotbox Coffee Brown, No Rules Imperial Porter, Blackberry IPA, and Veteran’s Pale Ale. (Perrin donates a portion of the proceeds from the latter to the Finish The Mission veteran’s relief organization in Grand Rapids.) Representatives from the brewery will be in attendance as well to talk to patrons.

“Every month we host a party showcasing the products from a different brewery,” said co-owner Sharon Caldwell. “We had already made arrangements to feature Perrin Brewing Company in November, and thought we should turn the party into something more. Perrin has a great history of supporting Veteran’s organizations, and Richard and I wanted to do the same for their visit to Midland.”

Tickets to the event are $3 in advance or $5 at the door, all of which will be donated to the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center. In addition, WhichCraft Taproom will donate $1 for every pint or flight of Perrin beer sold and will have items available for purchase, the proceeds from which will be donated as well.
