"Lets Get Toasty"

New Holland barrel gin, vermouth negre, vanilla bean simple syrup, and orange bitters.

For Starters:
  • Dish
    • Yellowfin tuna tartare, wakame, sweet and sour lemon sauce, mud lake farms micro cilantro.
  • Brew
    • Monkey King: A soft, medium body saison with subtle pepper character and fruity undertones.
Second Course:
  • Dish
    • Bok choy and soba salad, snow peas, kohlrabi, sweet bell pepper, spicy peanut vinaigrette.
  • Brew
    • Paleooza: New Holland's classic pale ale, with Michigan grown cascade hops. Bright hoppy flavor and pleasant aromatics framed with the balancing sweetness of pale malts.
Third Course:
  • Dish
    • Crispy Veal Sweetbreads, charred tomatoes, caramelized onion puree, celery hearts.
  • Brew
    • Sundog: Double suns, aka sundogs, have inspired artists and philosophers for centuries. This amber ale pays tribute with toasty caramel tones and a nutty finish.
Fourth Course:
  • Dish
    • Coffee and spice lamb rack, madcap 616 spice blend, braised endive, chicory, fingerling potatoes, lamb reduction.
  • Brew
    • Dragon’s Milk: A stout with roasted malt character intermingled with deep vanilla tones, all dancing in an oak bath.
Final Course:
  • Dish
    • Chef Lisa's chocolate silk and pecan.
  • Brew
    • Pilgrim's Dole: A bareleywine-style ale made with fifty percent wheat malt, or what New Holland calls a "wheatwine". Pilgrams Dole blends warming and slightly sweet flavors with a unique caramelized character.
