Frankenmuth Brewery Invites You To Their Four Course Beer Dinner March 20th

Experience a Four Course Beer Dinner at Frankenmuth Brewing
The Four Course Beer Dinner takes place Friday March 20th 6:30 p.m., tickets are $40 (excluding tax and gratuity). There is limited seating RSVP Soon!
Four Course Beer Dinner:

Starter pint:Steady Betty Session IPA ABV 4.2 IBU 55

First Course: 

  • Little Bavaria Pilsener ABV 5.25% IBU 26
  • Fried Buttermilk Beer Chicken Salad with Ranch Beer Dressing - spring mix and romaine blend topped with avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, pomegranate seeds, goat cheese and beer and buttermilk

Second Course:

  • The Hef German style Hefeweizen ABV 5.2% IBU 13
  • Seafood Stuffed Portabella Mushroom – A mushroom cap stuffed with sautéed vegetables in Hefeweizen, lobster, shrimp, and parmesan cheese.

Third Course:

  • Wicked Warlock IPA ABV 8.4 IBU 80
  • Sriracha Beer BBQ Ribs Served with a Bacon Blue Cheese Potato Salad - Slow cooked BBQ ribs with a Sriracha beer sauce, accompanied by a warm bacon, blue cheese and beer potato salad.

Fourth Course:

  • Mugshot coffee stout ABV 6.5 IBU 30
  • Coffee Crème Brule - A rich custard base topped with a contrasting layer of hard caramel.
