Michigan craft beer lovers, get ready to celebrate the holidays with the 12 days of Milkshake Stout featuring beers from Rochester Mills Beer Co. WhichCraft Taproom joins eleven other select premium craft beer bars and restaurants throughout Michigan as they host this progressive tap takeover event, December 12–23, 2014. Admission is free and open to the public.
“Milkshake Stout has become our flagship brand, which doesn’t surprise me at all” says Rochester Mills founder Mike Plesz. “It’s a really great beer. Given the popularity of Milkshake Stout we wanted to have some fun with it this holiday season. We’ve already brewed an Imperial version and have aged some (Milkshake Stout) in bourbon barrels. Now we are going to release a very limited supply of flavored Milkshakes for this event. But who knows, maybe we will brew a large batch of one if people really want it.”

The progressive tap takeover event will feature 12 specialty and limited edition varieties of Milkshake Stout in addition to the original Milkshake Stout. Each night a new variety will be tapped and stay on draft until the keg runs out. A Rochester Mills representative will be onsite on Friday, December 12 and again on Thursday, December 18 handing out brewery swag. Guests those evenings will have the opportunity to receive an invitation to a future beer release party at the Rochester Mills Production Brewery in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

The 12 Days of Milkshake Tap List (in order of release):
