The festival launches Thursday November 21st at 5 PM at the DeVos Place Steelcase Ballroom and continues throughout the weekend until close Saturday November 23rd at 10 PM. Discriminating Beer Hounds will want to seek out the 3rd floor Brewer’s Loft featuring a wide assortment of  Michigan craft beer along with domestic and international offerings, food pairings, and entertainment. Additionally, a Cider House will include Michigan crafted hard cider among other nationally recognized offerings. And of course, that’s not all- don’t forget about an amazing variety of wine, food from top chefs and culinary demonstrations as well as beverage seminars.
This year will feature several exclusive meal and beverage pairing events which range from $35-45 a ticket and will include gourmet food tastings paired with world class beverages including local breweries. Participating restaurants include Bar Divani, Reds on the River, and Tre Cugini with Spinnaker and San Chez offering beer pairings as options for their events. Look for the pairing stations along the perimeter of the ballroom, with the Spinnaker Beer Dinner being held up at the Brewer’s Loft.

The San Chez event is $45 with beer option includes a variety of brews ranging from Right Brain’s Northern Hawk Ale to Arcadia’s Angle Ale paired with menu items including venison, duck, and roasted eggplant pesto.
