Construction is set to begin in January, 2014 on the null Café & Taphouse – honoring the various brands of Northern United Brewing Company (null stands for “Northern United Liquid Libations”). Inaugural Paddle for Pints in Traverse City Is a Splash!

The inaugural Paddle for Pints kayak pub crawl held this past weekend in Traverse City was an event for craft beer and kayak enthusiasts alike.  90 participants on Saturday alone, it proved that getting wet and drinking locally brewed beer are great activities to enjoy on a hot Northern Michigan day. Registration was only $20 for those providing their own kayaks, but single and tandem kayak rentals were available for an extra fee with drop off and pick up provided.
