With the upcoming Beerfest at the Ballpark, presented by the Gillespie Group, just 3 weeks away, the Lansing Lugnuts and I’m A Beer Hound are excited to announce the Beerfest at the Ballpark Ticket Scavenger Hunt. Those interested in attending the fall festival will have a chance to win 2 tickets each day from August 22nd through September 11th. Check out the Cooley Law School Stadium Facebook page for clues to where the pairs of tickets are stashed. Each day, the clue will be released at 9AM.

Tickets go on-sale Wednesday May 14 at 10am for the second annual Lansing Beer Fest scheduled for Saturday, June 28th Reo Town area of Lansing. Festival hours are scheduled from 1pm-6pm with a special VIP entry starting at noon.

I’m a Beer Hound and Motor City Brew Tours presents the 3rd Annual Lansing Beer Week will take place from June 20 to June 28, 2014. This weeklong celebration will feature Michigan craft beer themed events throughout the greater Lansing area. The goal of Lansing Beer Week is to raise awareness of the craft beer industry while promoting patronage to local establishments and stimulating the greater Lansing area’s retail economy and Michigan made products.

The Inaugural Lansing Beer Festival is Coming This Weekend

It's finally here! After months of planning, the second annual Lansing Beer Week will reach its crescendo at the First Annual Lansing Beer Festival this Saturday, June 29th, from 1-6 PM. The event, which will be the first of its kind to be held in Lansing, will take place in the REO Town district of Lansing on South Washington Avenue. Over 30 beers from 12 different Michigan breweries will be on tap, and Lansing's own Fork in the Road Artiasn Diner and Sir Pizza will be serving food throughout the day. A live DJ will also be playing music during the entirety of the festival.

Motor City Brew Tours Presents: Michigan Beer Tasting Boat Cruise

Motor City Brew Tours has taken over a floor of the Detroit Princess Riverboat to host a Michigan Beer Tasting. This event is a special Father’s Day afternoon boat cruise on Sunday June 17 from 2pm to 6pm. Motor City Brew Tours will have 25 different Michigan beers to sample from Arbor Brewing Company, Arcadia Brewing Company, Dark Horse Brewing Company, New Holland Brewing Company and North Peak Brewing Company. There will also be samples of Vander Mill Hard Cider, B. Nektar Mead and Valentine Vodka onboard. Everything available to sample at this event will be made in Michigan. The goal of this event is to expose people to the many great beers and spirits that are being produced in Michigan.

Our New Design For Our Beer Hound Hoodie

We will be releasing a new hoodie in January 2012. Here's a sneak peak on the design of the hoodie. It will be a zip up hoodie and will come in men's and women's versions.The hoodie will come in dark heather and black in men's and the women's will come in white with hot pink print. H & H Brings You Men’s “Beer, Brats and Fine Cigars” Shopping Event

H & H Jewelry Design will be hosting a mens day on Saturday December 10, 2011.  I'm a Beer Hound will be there with free Michigan Craft Beer from Frankenmuth Brewery. On top of samples of Frankenmuth's Pilsner, Hefeweizen, Munich Dunkel, and Batch 69 IPA, I'm a Beer Hound will also have merchandise for sale.
